3. Data Transfer
Your personal data may be shared with authorized public institutions and organizations (KVKK Article 8) in order to fulfill our legal obligations. Your data is never sold or rented to third parties for commercial purposes.
4. Rights of the Data Owner
By applying to us in accordance with Article 11 of the KVKK;
- Learning whether your data is being processed or not,
- Requesting information if processed,
- Learning whether it is used in accordance with the purpose for which it is processed,
- Knowing the third parties to whom it is transferred domestically/abroad,
- Requesting correction if it has been processed incompletely or incorrectly,
- You have the right to request its deletion or destruction within the framework of KVKK.
